Wineism is not a typical bar, nor is it an average bottle shop – it’s a house of wines from around the world, handpicked for Brisbane’s wine appreciators and available for online purchase, home delivery, curb-side pick-up and sipping, and purchase in-store.

Local wine lovers may recognise the names behind the brand: celebrated sommelier Ian Trinkle is in partnership with wife Liz Trinkle and colleague Aaron Mullan. Ian has curated award-winning wine lists for Aria Brisbane and Howard Smith Wharves, but through Wineism he hopes to connect a broader audience with his favourite winemakers.

Ian said, “our selection is not mired in a particular theme, but we love to celebrate small artisanal producers who create wine of exception. We will continue to expand and promote these deserving wineries and winemakers. We’re also really proud of the ambience we’ve created at Wineism. For us, sharing wine means sharing our passion and knowledge, and of course our pick of the world’s greatest wines.”

Over the coming weeks, the team is developing its snack offerings to accompany sips as well as winemaker appearances and internationally recognised courses for budding sommeliers and enthusiasts.
